For all visitors except those from India, the SDF is US$.100 per person, per night .For guests from India(who have an Indian passport or Indian voter ID card),the SDF is Nu.1200,or the equivalent amount in Indian rupees, per person per night. Without an Indian passport or Indian voter ID card, the full SDF of US$ 100 will be levied.

Children aged 6 to 12 at the time of travel receive a 50% concessionary discount on their SDF. Those children who have not yet turned 6 years are exempt from paying any SDF.

Tour Cancellation Policy:
Tour Programs booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject cancellation charges as follows:-
A. Within 30 days of the start of the tour program: Free
B. Within 21 days : 10% of the rate
C. Within 14 days : 15% of the rate
D. Within 7 days : 30% of the rate
E. Less than 7 days or cancellation without notice : 50% of the rate
F. After arrival in Bhutan : 100%
